Born Free is a classic film that lives in the hearts of millions. Most families at one point or another owned a pet names Elsa due to this film. The story of the lion cub raised by humans and released back into the wild not only entertained, but also educated the public on the plight of wildlife in Africa. It had a huge impact on audiences and is still a favourite of many to this day. This pack contains the original Born Free film along with its mediocre sequel Living Free on a single disc. Even though the sequel is nowhere near the standard of the original, having the two films on one disc makes this good value for money. The original film will get many viewings by adults and children alike.

Audio and video transfers for both films are of a reasonable quality, although extras - being just a collection of trailers - are minimal. The one major advantage to this pack is that you get two films on one disc, making it good value for money and convenient for viewing. Born Free is a classic film that everbody should see at some point in their lives. Living Free is not great when it comes to sequels, but most will be glad to see it to continue the story.
